Processing Time

Every mailbox is handcrafted to order. Please allow 7-10 days for production before your order arrives. During peak seasons, production times may be slightly longer.

Local Delivery & Installation

Professional installation is available throughout South Florida (Miami, Broward, Palm Beach). For installation, we will contact you to schedule a convenient installation date.

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your shipment arrives damaged, notify us within 48 hours and include photos of both the packaging and the product. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to an incorrect address may require additional shipping charges before they can be resent.
