Limited Warranty

 

Modern Mailbox Co. 1-Year Limited Warranty

Effective Date: July 31st 2026

Modern Mailbox Co. warrants that your mailbox post will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for one (1) year from the date of installation or delivery.


This warranty covers:


  • Structural defects due to workmanship
  • Premature failure of joints or construction
  • Peeling or failure of the finish caused by improper application
  • Defects in materials under normal residential use


This warranty does not cover:


  • Normal weathering, fading, or natural wood movement
  • Minor checking, shrinking, or expansion of wood
  • Damage from vehicles, lawn equipment, storms, flooding, or acts of nature
  • Improper installation by others (if you didn’t install it)
  • Neglect, abuse, or modifications made after purchase


If a covered defect occurs, Modern Mailbox Co. will, at its discretion:


  • Repair the affected component, or
  • Replace the defective component.
